Shipping policy
All orders are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party print provider. Once your order is placed, it is sent to production before it ships.
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on production time, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. After the package is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and tracking updates are managed by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
